How to request a refund? Please make note of your transaction order number with the subject: “Refund Request” and describe in your email the problems you’re facing as well as the reason for this request. In some cases, you may need to provide us with evidence, and we’ll also provide you with evidence of our work and observations we’ve made. We need to show these to explain our viewpoint and decision more detailed and transparently.

Conditions: Please understand and accept that we cannot grant refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately attempt to resolve them and assist you. If we fail to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we’ll proceed with the refund. Please contact our 24/7 live support anytime if you need assistance.

Refunds can only be processed within 72 hours of the purchase date. Beyond this period, no refunds can be processed. If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically processed, and funds are returned to the client’s bank account debit card within 20 to 31 business days.

However, there are cases where a refund may take longer to process, up to 90 days. We’re not responsible for these delays. We’re not the payment provider but simply the IPTV service provider.

We’ll fully refund only purchases made within 72 hours. All other refund requests will be partially processed based on the subscription usage period.

Note: Each refund typically takes 20 to 90 business days, and we cannot shorten this period. Our payment processors will handle the refund requests. We’ll do our best to refund any user immediately after receiving the request and verifying the user’s information.

We won’t issue refunds or partial refunds if: The user is unable to set up their own box and system on their side: We’ll provide our best support to set up their boxes, devices, applications, and systems in all cases of assistance requests. The reason being we’re not aware of the circumstances related to the box, devices, and system, etc. Our support is limited to pre-defined steps for device setup.

Some channels sometimes experience freezing, buffering, or not working: Although most of our servers are stable, sometimes certain channels freeze or don’t work due to various reasons, but it’s not permanent. Our expert engineers are constantly working to resolve them.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the following reasons:

Fluctuations in the client’s internet connection. Issue with the client’s box/applications/general setup. Issue with the client’s Internet Service Provider (ISP). The channel is down on the server side. The client changes their mind and wishes to retract/change servers. In case the user/client cannot watch their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server issue or any other issue caused by us, we’ll fully refund the package price or add any lost time to your subscription for free, plus an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
